I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. The service was top-notch, from the welcoming front desk to the attentive restaurant staff. The location was perfect for exploring Raleigh, with a fantastic mall just a short walk away. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, but the facilities made up for it.

The service was always friendly and accommodating, with the multi-lingual staff going above and beyond to assist me during both evenings and mornings. The valet service, especially led by Sean Plumley, was excellent.

The location couldn't be better for exploring Raleigh, with the added convenience of a large mall just across the street. Sandy at Registration was exceptionally friendly and offered great recommendations for local activities and dining options.
